Leigh was an absolute dream to work with in selling our North Raleigh home. As others have mentioned, she treated us like we were her only clients. She knew we wanted to sell our home for the highest price, with the minimum additional expense, and she was very honest in expressing her opinion about the things she felt we had to do to achieve both objectives. She helped negotiate prices for the painting and carpeting we replaced and we were very pleased by the vendors she recommended. Her marketing materials were fantastic - the video and photos put our home in its best light. We were very pleased by the offers we received and Leigh managed the whole closing process expertly.
